I’ve always carried the feeling — this can’t be it. Not from lack, but from a deeper knowing that I was here for more. I chased change like a calling, always moving toward the next challenge, the next level, the next expansion. But eventually, I realised that real evolution doesn’t come from adrenaline or restlessness — it comes from alignment. From moving forward with a regulated nervous system, not a racing one. Now, I teach women how to meet their next chapter from stillness, not survival.

We are all here to expand our vessel, and that expansion is part of becoming.

My work is built on lived experience — and an intuitive gift I’ve carried since childhood.

I was born with alchemy in my soul, but I worked relentlessly for the quantum changes I desired.

I grew up on a small farm in the religiously divided landscape of war-torn Northern Ireland. From an early age, I could sense the weight of cultural control, political tension, and generational fear. I knew there was only one way forward — and that was through. I became the black sheep in a system that rewarded compliance and silence, choosing instead to follow the call of something freer, wilder, and unknown.

We lived in a caravan until I was seven, while my parents saved to refurbish a small inherited cottage. That chapter gave me both imagination and fire. I saw early how energy and environment shape us — and how they can be rewritten.

Though I was highly sensitive — to people, to places, to energy — I also had grit. And that grit was tested constantly. Every leap I made required resilience, not just talent. Every room I entered asked me to hold my own — without hardening.

I earned a place at grammar school, then moved to London to forge my own path. Around the age of 30, I became the youngest Head of Advertising at Vogue magazine, after an earlier career as a secondary school art, fashion & textiles teacher.

By my third year in teaching, I’d been promoted to Head of Department — and was being groomed for a future in educational leadership. But something in me said no.

Like many people of my age I had the financial crash-course in self-funding six years of university without any parental support, mostly in London - completing an MA in Education while teaching full-time.

The leap into advertising came just as digital media was disrupting the fashion world — and I saw the opportunity before most. I was the forerunner in digitising print magazine teams, and energetically knew how to lead people into the future - even when it scared them and they fought hard against it.

For two decades, I held leadership roles at fashion’s most iconic media houses - including Vogue, GQ, ELLE, Net-a-Porter. I worked with the biggest players and names in the fashion and beauty industry — all while holding the grounded wisdom of someone who’d grown up far from the spotlight.

Behind the external successes all around me lived the quieter reality: a world where nervous systems, identities, and personal purpose were constantly under pressure. This opened up my questioning of modern life in the fast lane.

Alongside my career, I have always carried an other-worldly capacity for seeing and sensing — a deep intuitive attunement to the energetic, emotional, and unseen that sits beneath words, roles, and identities.

This gift allows me to work at a depth that clients find uniquely clarifying — offering insight into what often remains just out of reach through traditional coaching, therapy, or intellectual frameworks.

Over the past decade, my private practice has woven together energetic mastery, nervous system stabilisation, identity refinement, and personal sovereignty. My work is not built on one system, but on the ability to sense, calibrate, and guide what is unfolding beneath the surface — where alignment, clarity, and personal authorship reside.

My greatest learnings have not come from theory — but from the initiations I’ve lived through.

I’ve learned that personal evolution requires clarity. A type of clarity that initially has a very hazy filter over it. After all - we have been conditioned to all sorts of filters.

True clarity is alignment, and is rarely found in what we achieve — but in what we are willing to release.
That the most profound shifts come when we stop performing for our lives and begin creating from within them.

One of my greatest personal thresholds came at the peak of my corporate career in 2015 as a Business Consultant for a leading global fashion media brand.

From the outside, everything appeared successful.
Inside, I felt the burning question:

What am i really here to do?

It was that question that became my initiation into sovereign recalibration.

I rebuilt from within, releasing inherited patterns of performance and identity, and stepped into a deeper form of energetic alignment, clarity, and authorship.

This is the foundation of the work I now hold for others.
