For more than twenty years, I’ve worked in fashion media - an industry that moves fast, expects more and never stops changing.

Initially by day, I built brands, led creative content advertising and worked with some of the world's most influential names, including VOGUE, ELLE, GQ, Net-a-Porter, ASOS and Condé Nast.

Alongside that career, I was quietly studying something completely different: meditation, human behaviour, nervous system regulation and energetic intelligence.

Over time, I realised they weren't separate worlds.

The inner work was shaping the outer one.
