You weren’t born to perform. You were born to become.
And every act of becoming begins with a single question.
What is the truest expression of this?
A person. A brand. A home. A business. A life.
Because the relationship we have with ourselves shapes everything else: our work, our leadership, our creativity, our homes, our businesses and the lives we build.

INNERNESS is where inner alignment becomes outer expression.
A place for people ready to discover the truest expression of who they are - and for the brands, businesses, homes and creative work they bring into the world to become authentic expressions of that.
Some arrive because something no longer fits.
A career. A relationship. A business. A brand. A life.
Others arrive with something they want to bring into the world.
A company. A collection. A home. A product. A vision. An evolved version of themselves.
I work discreetly with both.
Through private mentoring, consultancy and creative direction, I help people and brands align who they are with what they create.
Because everything we create reflects the relationship we have with ourselves.

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked in fashion media - initially building digital advertising from the ground up and later as a business consultant evolving and restructuring brands. An industry that moves fast, expects more and never stops changing.
Before that, I started my career as an Art teacher in a London secondary school after a Fashion Degree.
I grew up in Norther Ireland during the ‘ troubles’ and had an unusual childhood which meant I lived ‘The Godfather’ before I met ‘ The Devil Wears Prada’.
In the advertising world I built brands, led creative content advertising and worked with some of the world's most influential names, including VOGUE, ELLE, GQ, Net-a-Porter, ASOS and Condé Nast.
Alongside that career, I was quietly studying something completely different: meditation, human behaviour, nervous system regulation and energetic intelligence.
Over time, I realised they weren't separate worlds.
The inner work was shaping the outer one.
The biggest careers aren't built on talent alone. They're built on identity, relationships, emotional intelligence and the ability to stay connected to yourself while everything around you is changing. To back yourself and believe in yourself.
That realisation became the foundation of INNERNESS™.
Today, I bring those worlds together—helping people, brands and businesses discover the truest expression of who they are, because what we create can only ever be as authentic as the person creating it.

A regulated nervous system.
Stronger boundaries.
Deeper relationships.
Better decisions.
More meaningful work.
A life that feels coherent—not performed.
Everything else grows from there.

Every project begins in the same place.
With one question:
What is the truest expression of this?
From there, we explore whatever is asking to be seen. Sometimes that's your identity. Sometimes it's your nervous system. Sometimes it's your relationships, your leadership, your business, your home or your creative work.
Think of it as refinement.
Not adding more but removing what isn't you.
Together, we uncover the truest expression of who you are, then allow that clarity to shape everything else.
Sometimes the work is practical. Sometimes it's strategic. Sometimes it's energetic.
Often, it's all three.
The outcome isn't a new identity. Its to become more fully yourself.

I work with people who have already built something.
A career.
A business.
A reputation.
A life.
From the outside, it often looks successful.
Inside, they know there's another chapter waiting.
They're curious, self-aware and open-minded. They value depth over performance, relationships over status and alignment over expectation.
They're no longer interested in proving themselves.
They're interested in expressing themselves.
Some come to transform themselves.
Others come to transform what they create.
Either way, they arrive with the same question:
What is the truest expression of this?
-
Because I've seen what happens when people become disconnected from themselves.
I've seen it in boardrooms. In creative studios. In fashion. In business. And in my own life.
For years, I carried a feeling that I hadn't come this far to only come this far. It wasn't about achieving more but about becoming more fully myself.
That realisation changed everything, and INNERNESS was born from lessons, learnings and experience.
Not to help people become someone else - but to help them uncover the truest expression of who they already are.

I have an unwavering focus - you can probably see it in my photographs- but it's balanced by a dry sense of humour and genuine warmth.
I'm curious about everyone I meet and ask a lot of questions. People I've only just met often tell me things they've never told anyone before, then apologise because we're in a board meeting, at the airport or standing in a lift.
I'm fascinated by the hidden parts of people - the passions and untold stories that they haven’t yet brought into the world to shape who they are becoming.
I have an unusual ability to notice patterns, inconsistencies and underlying dynamics that other people often overlook. Some people call it intuition. I simply see connections that aren't immediately obvious.
My hearing is remarkably sensitive - it's one of the ways I pay close attention to the world. I often pick up inflection and small details that others miss, and I've come to see it as one of the gifts that helps me listen deeply.
I notice the smallest shifts in people - a flicker in their eyes, a pause before they answer, a tiny flinch, a change in intonation or the words they choose. It's rarely one thing on its own; it's the pattern that tells the story.
If I hadn't built my career in London, there's a good chance I'd be living out of a suitcase, happily following my curiosity from one culture to the next.
