How to stop low-dynamic vibes latching on : exist in your own mind-blowing truth!
I have an inner sanctuary where I fulfil my own wishes. I am anchored in my truth versus being a controlled pawn.
Control rarely looks like control when you're inside it.
It can look like love. Loyalty. Responsibility. Concern. It can look like keeping the peace, giving someone another chance, understanding where they're coming from. Keeping it all together!
And then, slowly, your life begins to organise itself around another person's reactions. You become careful. You edit yourself. You anticipate. You explain things that don't really need explaining. You learn which version of yourself creates the least friction.
You start editing your voice. Which stops the flow of stepping into your truth.
This is how control can work. Not necessarily through force, but through the gradual erosion of your own centre. The more you abandon your own knowing, the more powerful someone else's version of reality becomes.
And this is where truth begins. And truth starts the process of becoming. It is the return to yourself. It’s becoming, after layers of un-becoming.
It is knowing what you think before you take on what someone else thinks. Knowing what you want without needing it to be approved. Being able to disappoint someone without experiencing it as a personal catastrophe. Being able to hold a boundary without turning it into a war. It is the moment you stop making someone else's emotional state your full-time job.
This is why becoming sovereign in your own truth is a powerful way out of a controlling dynamic. The external circumstances may not change overnight. There may still be a house to sell, a conversation to have, a child to consider, a financial knot to untangle, a life to reorganise. Relationships to develop, make stable and focus more of your time onto.
But something fundamental has already changed because you have stopped participating in the internal arrangement that kept you there. You stop feeding the drama with endless explanation. You stop trying to make someone understand what they have no interest in understanding. You stop handing over your peace in exchange for temporary harmony.
You put your attention somewhere else - back into your purpose. Your new friendships. Your higher vibrational body. Your creativity. Your money. Your home. Your future. Your own strange, brilliant life. Your fucking awesome vision of your bloody amazing future lived outside of everyone else’s expectations.
You will have to stand alone at points and build resilience. But it’s only clearing space, creating the void for the people who will stand with you and who have your back. You will experience ‘no man’s land’ at some point and within this the key is to learn not to compromise, but to focus more - Focus on the here and now, and what you can do with what you have right now.
And this is where something interesting happens. The dynamic begins to lose its grip, not because you've defeated anyone. Not because you've become harder. But because there is less of you available to be pulled away from yourself.
Control needs somewhere to land. It needs fear. Guilt. Self-doubt. The need for approval maybe - especially at a societal and cultural level what you need and want sits outside of what other people deem to be ‘correct’.
Are you scared of looking like the ‘bad guy’? That’s the biggest form of control I’ve ever encountered in my own life and you know what - I literally own that label now, I wear it like a badge of honour. Because I know what it means in reality - Scapegoating, Social punishment, Vilification, Character assassination, DARVO — Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender, Gaslighting.
I ’m not going to let those low vibe games stand in my way of creating a beautiful, peaceful life in a higher vibrational frequency.
Take those things away and the architecture starts to collapse. You become hard to manipulate because you are no longer negotiating with yourself on someone else's behalf. You become less interested in winning the argument and instead focused on building the future.
And eventually, what once felt like an enormous force in your life can begin to feel very small. This is what I mean by becoming whole in your truth. Not perfect. Not invulnerable. Not independent of everyone.
Whole in truth.
Knowing who you are. Knowing what is meant for you and what isn't. Being able to work around someone without losing yourself inside their world, because when you are deeply rooted in yourself, a low-vibration dynamic has nothing to attach itself to.
There is no dramatic battle required. You simply stop leaving yourself.
And that is one of the most powerful forms of freedom there is.
